Translating API-Guide language packs

The language files are located in the Allapi Network
directory and have a '.lng' extention. You can open
these files with a simple text editor (like notepad).

On the first line, you write the name of the
language. Please don't write the name of the language
in English, but in the language itself. 

On the following lines, you change the name of the
autor to your name, and add necessary comments.
Comment lines always start with a single quote: '

Below the comments, you find all the constant strings
that can be translated.
ex.: LID_LANG_FILE_INFO:English Language File for API-Guide%CRLF%Copyright © The KPD-Team, 2000

"LID_LANG_FILE_INFO:" is the name of the string and 
should not be changed. The rest of the line can be
translated. Use the %CRLF% tag to add a line break,
and use the & symbol to undeline a letter (only for
menu items).

The name of the author of the current selected 
language pack will be visible in the about dialog
of the API-Guide program.

New '.lng' files in the Allapi Network directory
will be added automatically to the program. No
special installation is needed.

New language files will be available for download
on our website, and will be included in the next
version of API-Guide.
